Customer Review: Worst Toaster Oven....EVER!!!!

I bought this oven thinking I was upgrading...I liked the fact that the inside could pull out for cleaning (or at least I thought I would). Boy, was I ever disappointed!!!!
Unfortunately even that aspect does not work very well, and considering how poorly it works over all it is not a surprise! It is a miserable thing to use - it always burns what you are toasting (or it won't toast it at all), the shelf is nearly impossible to get out, the handle keeps coming off, and pulling the inside out takes an act of God!
I wish I had back my cheapy $20 toaster oven instead of this one I bought for $50!!!

With a 0.37-cubic-foot interior, this countertop toaster oven/broiler has room to roast a 5-pound chicken, toast four slices of bread, bake an 8-inch pie, or broil four burgers. The 1,400-watt oven's chrome rack advances automatically when the door is opened. Its interior is nonstick-coated for easy cleanup. For baking and roasting, the oven's temperature adjusts from 200 to 450 degrees F. For controlling toast browning, there's a 15-minute timer with automatic shutoff when the selected time ends. Included with the oven are a baking pan and broil insert. The oven is housed in white steel and measures 17-1/2 inches wide, 9 inches high, and 12 inches deep and carries a three-year warranty against defects.
