we have had two of these pans for approx. 20 years. We bought them under the name of Maxim at that time. The Toastmaster 817 9-inch Brunch Pan looks exactly like the Maxim. It is a fantastic pan for making good omelettes. Since we retired we have a two room B & B in our home, running it on a part time bases, to keep us active. We would really like to get another one of these pans and hope Toastmaster continues to make them.
