I received this Toastmaster Cool-Touch 2-Slice Wide Slot Toaster in a timely manner, and was pleased with the design and quality. Unfortunately, however, it was defective, as the toasting lever wouldn't stay down. I contacted the seller through Amazon e-mail and received an e-mail back from the seller within one day, apologizing and telling me that my money would be refunded. Within about a week the complete purchase price and shipping cost had been refunded to me. Although this particular toaster didn't work properly, I still have faith in the Toastmaster brand. I suspect that this toaster was one of the older Toastmaster models that may have been on the shelf too long, because the seller didn't even want it back.
