Customer Review: easy-to-use and reliable

I got this model toaster to replace a Krups that only worked for 5 minutes. I've been using it for almost 2 years now and have had no problems with it. The two sides toast independently, and it seems the design is straight-forward, so it avoids the apparent electronic problems the Krups had. My husband likes his toast very light, I like mine medium, and we can each get what we want while toasting at the same time. Definitely recommended.
