I'm using it almost every day now, and would not give it away anymore. And when it had its days, I'll just get another one.

Yes, like many of the low-star reviewers, I can find a couple of flawed details that will probably make this oven's life expectancy not Kitchen-Aid or Swiss style Zyliss 50 years ($$$). But we don't through away our kitchen gems just because they did wear off a bit, do we? We keep on using them, because they serve us so well. This oven will prove you to be in this category.

Read those reviews and then think about it: For great food, I gladly trade some issue with cleaning it, even if my fingers are not the absolute right size, right?

As one of the other reviewers aptly put it, for its low price, you can't complain. Yes, [dollar amount] more will buy you more perfection, but as we cooking aficionados know well, all kitchen tools or pans using high heat tend to give in anyways over time, as a matter of law of physics.

If you like the numbers, a bone-in rib-eye steak at excellent Ruth Chris' costs you [dollar amount] per person. This oven will surprise you as it does grill to the same level of excellence as you'll get at such a top-of-the line steak house.

You'll also be able to add your own marinades and, if you like it, spiced butters like cajun style (heat the butter in the microwave, put your grilled steak on a very hot plate, and put the butter over; do not put the butter in the oven, as it would produce smoke).

So, after just a couple of steaks, this oven fully amortized and paid for itself.

And, if you add the good bottle of wine at steak house prices that you can now enjoy in the comfort of your home, it just paid for itself in one sitting. Enjoy!
